Consequently, identifying synergies in policy responses can help governments more effectively tackle these interlinked issues. This paper provides insights on interactions between the two interlinked issues and evaluate the contribution of air quality policies to the net-zero emission transition in Korea. It first explores the landscape of domestic air quality and climate policies. Across four policy scenarios, it subsequently models the integrated environmental and economic benefits of enhanced climate and clean air policy action to 2050.
